Tonight I went with friends to see Mark Thomas, practice his Edinburgh Fringe set.

The venue, The Museum of Comedy, was very intimate and based in the Crypt of St George’s church. There were less than 100 seats, it was nice and cool which was awesome because heat outside was evil. There is also an exhibition of comedy artifacts, including The Snout from The League of Gentlemen and Russ Abbot’s seagull.

I really enjoyed the show it was very funny. Especially when he made a joke about Sharon Osbourne and I guffawed loudly, so loudly Mark asked who that came from. But I'm not telling you about the set, all you need to know is that it definitely worth you going to see it.

Farage

For the past few years Mark has been on a campaign to find a new definition for the word farage. Which is also the name of the Refrom Leader Nigel Farage. He said:

Farage rhymes with garage, or Farage rhymes with Gay Marriage.

The definition that he has come up with is:

The liquid that you get at the bottom of your bins.

For example:

Be careful you don't want to spill farage over your feet while you're taking the bins out.

Sticker

He has even produced a sticker you can buy for your bins

A red sticker that reads: Public health warning, Please mind the Farage
