- 1200g of Peeled Oranges
- 580g for cleaned and trimmed Carrots
- 50g of peeled Root Ginger
Make sure that the Oranges have been peeled as this will make a better quality juice. Make sure that the Carrots have been trimmed, cut off the stalks. Peel the Ginger.
Pass all these ingredients through the juicer, I use an Andrew James Juicer.
This will last a few days in the fridge and this recipe makes just over 1 litre. The ratios of Peeled Orange to Carrot to Ginger are 20:10:1.
